Do I keep access to courses forever?
Yes. You keep lifetime access to purchased courses using the same account you checked out with.
Are subtitles and transcripts available?
Yes. We provide English transcripts and subtitles where applicable. Some lessons also include on-screen stitch diagrams.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 20% of the course is completed. Email [email protected] from your purchase email.

Do you provide certificates?
Yes. After completion you can download a certificate from your account dashboard (PDF).
Can I learn if I’m a complete beginner?
Yes. We start from the basics (casting on, knit/purl, tension, and finishing) and build up with practice projects.
Do you offer team licenses?
Yes. Contact us for team plans for studios, clubs, and organizations in any country or region.
What if I can’t log in or don’t see my purchase?
First, try the email you used at checkout. If you used Apple/Google sign-in, the email may differ. If it still doesn’t appear, email support with your receipt or the last 4 digits of the card used.
